I'm back again.
I'm creating a study to test. i've created the study, uploaded an mp3 file, and linked it to the study. the list screen comes out fine, shows that there's a file there related to the study, but the mp3 is not playing.
I'm under "edit media" in media file params. ive tried global settings, (got black screen with nothing inside.) internal player (i got black screen asking me to download flash for it to work) and legacy player (something came up, but in the end, it said "error opening file.")
I've seen that the file is loaded in file manager on server.not sure how to make it play. neither my file nor the test file plays.
Little help?
