forgive me, I'm still learning.
I just got done linking in my first media file. It's a pdf. The link seems good, I know the file is good, the URL is good, but when it downloads, it is detected as being corrupted. any ideas?

Hmm... make sure you've set the correct file size for that pdf media record. If that still doesn't work, try setting the file size really high. (ex: if the pdf is around 10MB set the file size to 15 mb). I'm assuming that its corrupt, because its not download the whole thing.

when you go to a dirct link to the file, it downloads and opens fine

I entered in 80k, which is the size of the file. I then entered 2mb, and it still was corrupt...

well, it appears that 4th time's a charm.
It works now.
I had tried linking it to a file that was already on the server twice, and had tried once to upload it in the UI. The second time uploading it, it worked.
