Is there any way to pre-fill the form so that I can have everything completed except for the date/study name and file location so that the sound booth people can more easily enter the sermons? I would like to not show the AVR stuff and maybe some other things, possibly write some personal comments to them telling them exactly what I want them to do/fill-in.

I found some php code in the controller folder and also the model folder but I wasn't sure how to edit that so that the it would still work correctly.
