I'm adding video to our site for the first time, and I've got a couple questions about displaying video in AVReloaded.

1.) Which formats work with AVR?

I tried uploaded a WMV, and that doesn't work with AVR. It used the Windows Media Player plugin to play it. I tried an FLV that I had lying around, and that worked. So which formats will use AVR?

2.) How do I hide our logo for the videos?

I play our mp3s with AVR, and I added the church logo. (See here.) But when I played the test FLV, our logo was covering the video.
