I'm running Joomla 1.5.9 and just upgraded to Bible Study 6.0.11a
The reason why I upgraded was because my download icon would not work on any of my MP3s. The files would play perfectly fine using the built-in player but when I attempt to click on the download arrow, I get a page cannot be displayed. I checked the media file sizes and ensured that the other fields were completed. Initially I was running Bible Study 6.0.9 which I was perfectly satisified with other than this issue. After doing some research here, I read a post about the fopen code not working with some servers. I enabled compatbility mode in 6.0.11a but it seems that it's hit or miss in terms of which files actually download and which ones give me page cannot be displayed. I still get failed downloads through the joomlaoregon router. So while 6.0.11a is a little better in that respect, the download feature still is not working like it should. Any thoughts on this?
Now my other issue is in respect to the 6.0.11a upgrade. It seems that the table no longer wants to stretch fully to the end of my page. When I use the Firebug plugin within Firefox, I see where there is a table="" attribute that when I make it 100%, it properly stretches. The problem is I don't know where to do this in the code. I tried all the settings through the GUI without any success. Mind you if I copy the old default.php from 6.0.9 into the components\com_biblestudy\views\studieslist\tmpl directory, the table properly extends. I didn't want to use this old default.php though for fear of it making 6.0.11a unstable. Is there something different in how 6.0.11a renders tables vs 6.0.9? Any way that I can fix this?
