First off, thanks for this wonderful tool. Biblestudy is really able to handle everything we need and it does it well. The dev team has done a great job!

Just a question:
Is it possible to setup the download button to open a popup window with a notice when someone clicks on the download button?
I'm not that au fait with scripting to know how to do it but I've seen something like the the "onclick" command mentioned. Just not sure if it can be used here?
Any help or suggestins would be really welcome!

Thanks for the comments - the team works very hard on the component to assist you in spreading the gospel!

As for the popup - when you click on the download icon there should be a popup from your own browser prompting you what to do with the file - as in Open or Save.

What other kind of notice were you looking for - what else would you want the download icon to do?

Tom, the download works fine. Thanks for your quick response.
I'd like to be able to add a way of notifying users that while we are happy to provide free downloads, they are always welcome to donate to support the ministry. The browser popup about what to do with the download does come up fine, but could we add a link somehow to open a popup with the text and a download button in the popup. A bit like the acceptance terms and conditions for downloads on many sites.

OK - I see - sort of intermediate screen. This is definitely possible. I'll put it in as a feature request. Just know that we get lots of requests and this one will be worked on likely in version 6.3 as 6.2 is nearly done and we need to get it out for testing.
