TOPIC: 6.1.4 displaying as version 6.1.3

6.1.4 displaying as version 6.1.3 04 Feb 2010 10:52 #1774

I just installed 6.1.4 over 6.1.0 - in the Administration tab on the back end it says I have version 6.1.3 - is this a known problem (albeit minor!)

Re: 6.1.4 displaying as version 6.1.3 04 Feb 2010 14:36 #1775

Just noticed my schema now has two tables (both containing one row), one called _bsms_schemaversion, the other called _bsms_schemaVersion. Using pypMyAdmin SQL to select from either returns 0 rows. I guess the install routine for 6.1.4 creates a new table with the wrong name or something?

Boith tables contain the text "613".

Don't know where the second schema table came from - it's supposed to be bsmsSchema. Anyway - the problem isn't with that table - the version number is hard coded in the admin form. I forgot to change it. The proper version number is reflected in the Extensions | Install/Uninstall | Components section. I have also changed the form code in 6.1.4 Update 1.

BTW - in version 6.2 we are completely changing how the versions are referenced along with a brand new installation routine so this type of problem won't happen again!
