Couldn't be so that the duration of sermons and their size to be filled out when attaching the media file?

We've been working on a way to automatically fill in this information but for many churches (including my own) the media files do not reside on the same server as the Joomla installation. Retrieving such information remotely is problematic. So for now we have you enter the information manually.

We're still working on it, though!
