It would be great to have a simple addition of a speakers/preachers picture on the module.

Currently on my front page I have the latest audio with title, date and description, but it's just boring text -- it would be good to have a picture, with the title, date (and maybe no desc): see www.heavenonearth.org.au.

I think we are going to add a thumbnail field to the media files in the next version. This works for what you want, as well as for a video RSS feed. We'll put it in as a suggested feature.
