I recently added RefTagger script to the template html. It seems to work very well and Brent Cordis suggested this could actually be something included in the new version of Joomla Bible Study.

That would great, especially if Brent wants to tackle it!

I use reftagger on my site by installing the Joomla plugin for it. Joomla Bible Study already supports content plugins like that.
