We have been using Bible Study for four months now. Even for a newbie like this webmaster, the Bible Study extension was easy to install and get running.

We assume people know what they're doing but most don't!

regarding your podcasts, have you tried feedburner? You can use it for free to spice up your podcasts by adding stats, pictures etc. The stats are especially useful! They also have a cool tool to subscribe to podcast updates via email. subscribers get an email whenever there's something new on your podcast.
Feedburner is now owned by google. It takes your xml podcast feed and adds stuff to it or modifies it and then broadcasts it under a feedburner url. you can check out ours here: feeds.feedburner.com/ccihkpodcast
