Bibelstudy 6.1.5

Saving a Template in Backend, Biblestudy returns to Login-Prompt.
No Error-Message.

Can you provide some details about your environment?

Joomla version
php version
mysql version
what is your web host?
url to your site.

Do you have problems saving anything else to the db?

Does your db have any limits that you know of in terms of your permissions (other than create database).

We have seen this in at least one other installation but have yet to figure out what causes it. Most have no trouble. It is saving a field params in the table jos_bsms_templates. Pretty standard though there are a lot of items to save.

Ok - can you access your db?

If so, look at the params field under jos_bsms_templates

See if there is any data in there. If there is, change one of the parameters that seems logical - 0 usually means "hide", 1 usually means "show"

See if you can save to the table manually and then see if that change carries over into your installation of the component by viewing it on the public side.

Yes I ve access to database.
Also I can change the field params in table jos_bsms_templates manualy
