Error writing XML file for podcast 10 Jan 2010 12:34 #1665

Hi,

I recently tried to write an XML file for the podcast from our site, and got the following error message:

Catchable fatal error: Object of class JParameter could not be converted to string in <path>/libraries/joomla/html/parameter.php on line 83

Has anyone seen this type of error before?

Try using component 6.1.1_rc4. I made some changes to the writeXML function. Also if you use the podcast publish plugin you should uninstall and reinstall version 6.1.1_rc4. You can just install the component right on top of the old one.
