Greetings,
I upgraded from 6.0.11 to 6.1 RC4 yesterday, and ever since have been unable to get any of my media to play. Any time I click on a media file an error is logged in my error console

From the details view page, the player loads but I get a Popup database error every time, whereas I used to only get this error if I was logged in as Administrator and tried to view media.

I tried upgrading to the latest version of All Videos and AVReloaded, but nothing changed.

I am at my wits end, Please Help!

Do you have a menu item leading to the studieslist published? AVR needs an Itemid= in order to work - it's a strange quirk. It's possible I can add that to a url in the function but it might help to know that - AVR works great on my church site, my test site, and on JoomlaBibleStudy.org.

Yes the menu item is "Media" in the Main Menu. I Think I have isolated the player not loading to a Moo Tools conflict with my template. If I disable Moo Tools in my template settings the player will load from the listing page and play mp3's but not video. I still get a Popup Database error in the Details view.

It seems to be a compatibility issue with too many java scripts running. What baffles me is that it worked fine before the upgrade. I tried to downgrade back to 6.0.11 but that created a lot of Sql errors, so now I have to find a way to make this version work.

I think it might be the Itemid thing.

I added a fake Itemid after the link to the details view and did not get the popup database error:

I'll look at adding that if none is found in the GET variable.
