Am I missing something? Is there a place to globally define values for popups? such as height, width, header/footer values etc.

Hi Carey,

There are two places where you can set those values.

1. Template Display Settings, in the Media Tab. These are global settings that can be overridden in a media file record

2. Your media file record. It's on the right.
