Sorry, it's me again Sermon downloads have been working fine on 6.2.4 for a long time, but last weekend someone in our church reported an error when clicking the download arrow to download a sermon.

We recently upgraded to 7.1 with help from Tom, and we are getting the same error there too now.

When click the download arrow on any sermon we receive this message in the browser window:

500 - View not found [name, type, prefix]: article, php, contentView

You may not be able to visit this page because of:

an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
a mistyped address
you have no access to this page
The requested resource was not found.
An error has occurred while processing your request.

First make sure you enter a filesize for any media file you want to be downloaded. Otherwise the browser won't know what to do with the file.

Second - do you need to use compatibility mode? That's the one going through the router at JoomlaBibleStudy.org. Try turning it off and see if it works better.
