JBS 6.2.4 Stable Minor Bug Fix

Joomla Bible Study 6.2.4 is a minor bug fix release. The main thing is to fix a problem that causes the uninstall routine to fail. All this means is the tables in the database will not be removed if that was chosen in the admin tab. You can install this version right on top of the previous version.
